Renewal Operations Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage team to accurately affect and implement store project changes to support strategy of Renewal;
- Conduct store visits to review support levels and standard of executed merchandise layouts;
- Oversee Layout Coordinator scheduling, project planning and development whilst driving layout implementation and presentation standards;
- Partner Store Operations and Store Development to lead program implementation;
- Develop and refine in store category layout compliance to meet business strategy;
- Support and develop individuals within a team environment.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in providing project management and/or business development for a large-format multi-site retailer;
- Demonstrated retail experience relative to: Store Operations;
- Working familiarity with store layouts and refurbishment projects providing overall team direction and setting team targets and deadlines;
- Store Development Projects;
- Merchandising and Space planning.
