Our company is looking for a Scrum Master to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Staying up to date with the evolutions and further developments in the field of project management and methodologies;
  • Support Architecture, QA, and DevOps-led initiatives;
  • Scrum Master responsibilities for several Scrum teams as part of a distributed multi-team Agile release cycle;
  • Work with business and technology stakeholders in managing escalations and defect resolutions;
  • Champion ongoing process improvements to implement best practices based on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
  • Coach other Scrum Masters so that they can be successful in their role;
  • Working together with driven colleagues and report externally to the client and internally to the General Manager;
  • Contribute to the successful outcome of release planning activities and other related release ceremonies;
  • Monitoring and reporting on all aspects of the project to ensure that it meets organisational requirements, budget and quality standards;
  • Managing consultants/developers (+/- 4 to 5);
  • Working on the project;providing your deliverables on time in consultation with the client.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the Information Technology industry consistent with the services requested above;
  • You are analytical, can tackle problems quickly and have strong communicational skills;
  • Be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented person with good interpersonal and team skills;
  • You have a first experience (at least 3 years) in project management. Knowledge of GIS is an asset;
  • Experience in the Microsoft stack especially Azure;
  • You possess a Scrum Master certification or equivalent training/experience;
  • Be a qualified Scrum Masters preferably with Scrum Master certification and/or SAF certification;
  • You are customer-oriented and have good people skills which enables you to coach and motivate your team to achieve the best results.
