Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Use marketing tools to hunt for leads;
  • Accurately input customer data and track sales records in CRM;
  • Developing an understanding of our logistics optimisation solutions;
  • You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers;
  • Attend and learn from product presentations and apply in actual customer interactions and marketing initiatives;
  • Respond to mail requests and pass them on to the right staff;
  • To map the customer demand will be one of your tasks;
  • Drive inbound and outbound calls, emails with a focus on maintaining business relationships and generating new sales leads;
  • Analyse new markets for sales potential;
  • Managing the sales mailbox.

Requirements:

  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • You have successfully completed a bachelor degree or you have a similar level through work experience (proven track record);
  • You live in or near Sydney;
  • Preferably 1-3 years’ experience in similar job;
  • You are a people person that goes along with your Client-centred work ethic and good customer relation management skills;
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently, are your personal traits;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
