Our company is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Having a strong presence on site and providing guidance and support to team leaders and staff;
  • Ensuring consistent and compliant service delivery including training of staff;
  • Administrative duties such as NDIS reporting, data collection, ensuring training compliance, roster reviews etc;
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
  • General administration;
  • Communicate effectively with Installers and Service Technicians;
  • Support all team members and departments when required;
  • Invoicing and secure processing of payments;
  • Maintain the brand of the organisation by ensuring all services are scheduled with accuracy and precision;
  • Stock allocation post-service;
  • Ensure staff are scheduled to meet client needs and preferences;
  • Support Home Care’s strategic growth plan;
  • Daily contact with our Care employees, providing prompt and positive customer service and direction;
  • Taking inbound calls;
  • Assigning work to subcontractors and service technicians.

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy, in particular proficiency with Microsoft programs;
  • 2+ Years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrated experience working with people with disability, including supporting people in a residential setting;
  • Previous experience in supporting, planning and set up of new services or project managing complex change processes is desirable;
  • Previous experience in supporting, planning and setting up new services;
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Science, Health or other relevant professional field is highly desirable;
  • A tertiary qualification within Social Care, Psychology or Counselling would be beneficial;
  • Experience working in a residential environment desirable;
  • Experience with rostering systems would be advantageous, but not essential;
  • Demonstrated experience working with people with a disability, including supporting people in a residential experience;
  • In-depth knowledge of the disability sector including NDIS funding, SIL quotes, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
