Responsibilities:

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
  • Demonstrated logistics, planning and asset management skills;
  • Partnering closely with administration and operations personnel to identify and meet staff asset needs;
  • Conducting software/firmware updates as required;
  • Maintaining and allocating software registers and licenses;
  • Providing technical/IT support as needed to ensure assets are ready-for-use and operational to mitigate downtime;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and retailers to optimise procurement deals;
  • A background in the construction industry, with a background knowledge of survey specific equipment and software highly desirable;
  • Conducting office server data backups and maintenance as required;
  • A customer-oriented approach;
  • Forecasting, procurement, management, documentation, tracking, maintenance and reporting of equipment and technical assets;
  • Strong communication and negotiation capabilities;
  • IT savvy with demonstrated solutions-based problem-solving skills.
