Responsibilities:
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
- Demonstrated logistics, planning and asset management skills;
- Partnering closely with administration and operations personnel to identify and meet staff asset needs;
- Conducting software/firmware updates as required;
- Maintaining and allocating software registers and licenses;
- Providing technical/IT support as needed to ensure assets are ready-for-use and operational to mitigate downtime;
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and retailers to optimise procurement deals;
- A background in the construction industry, with a background knowledge of survey specific equipment and software highly desirable;
- Conducting office server data backups and maintenance as required;
- A customer-oriented approach;
- Forecasting, procurement, management, documentation, tracking, maintenance and reporting of equipment and technical assets;
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities;
- IT savvy with demonstrated solutions-based problem-solving skills.
