Our company is looking for a Client Services Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management for the Director/Manager;
  • Database maintenance and records management;
  • Australian Tax Office liaison and information management;
  • Preparation of final accounting/tax packages to client;
  • Client liaison regarding documents and information;
  • Distribute fruit, milk, and newspapers;
  • Assist with office-related events and functions including set up, catering and other requirements as needed;
  • Monitoring of Work In Progress (WIP) and debtor management;
  • Monitoring workflow productivity;
  • Providing relief reception duties;
  • Fee preparation;
  • General administration functions shared between other administration staff;
  • Attending to corporate secretarial matters including processing changes in software;
  • Ad hoc tasks and specific requests to ensure the efficient running of the office;
  • When required, cover the reception desk and client reception area.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level PowerPoint and Excel skills;
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills;
  • Must be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative;
  • Preferably, experience in an office administration role or front of house hospitality roles;
  • Takes responsibility for tasks assigned;
  • Excellent Attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management of self and others;
  • Respectful;
  • Advanced level Microsoft Outlook skills;
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills;
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills;
  • First class customer service skills;
  • Accurate typing skills.
