Responsibilities:

  • Build on and refine appropriate outline ideas for the evaluation, development, demonstration and implementation of research;
  • Create research reports to communicate research methodology, findings and conclusions;
  • Lead workshops with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are gathered and well documented;
  • Investigate, manage, and apply authorised requests for changes to base-lined requirements, in line with change management policy;
  • Develop business requirements translating into procedures, functional specifications and design documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in user story development, prioritisation, estimation and process definition;
  • Sound experience in process modelling and good understanding of process improvement methodologies;
  • Experience with designing standard operating models, process maps and user stories;
  • Exceptional stakeholder skills, they are looking for someone who can ‘get in, get it done’;
  • Advanced clear and concise communication, both written and skills;
  • Delivery focused and hands on business analyst, who can work with multiple stakeholders at different levels.
