Our company is looking for a Process Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Use rigorous methodology to review and establish solutions;
  • Analysing, evaluate, re-design, document and implement business processes;
  • Engage and work with Senior SME’s to develop concise and mutually agreed upon business processes;
  • Provide advice on business processes that align to organisational strategies and goals;
  • Facilitating in the analysis, integration, redesign and documentation of processes across the business;
  • Continually review and establish solutions.

Requirements:

  • Agile mindset and process experience (Scrum);
  • Good Understanding of Customer-facing businesses (Retail, food business, telco);
  • Productivity experience;
  • Business case development;
  • Experience using ProMap Results driven or similar tool, with a focus on cost v benefit (customer or team experience, financial or productivity etc);
  • Supplier management in equipment delivery;
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification is highly desirable.
