Our company is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team.

Prepare or review financial models;
Data integrity management and timely supply of data for input into other systems;
Review and refine externally developed financial models;
Assist in the development and delivery of change and communication plans linked to initiatives;
Lead and support the implementation of initiatives through involvement in planning, development, implementation, embedment and roll-out;
Provide status reports, analytics, briefings and supporting documentation relating to work performed;
Support the Senior Managers and Leadership team to meet the FP&A requirements of the Group and relevant business lines;
Business Partnering – building and maintaining effective working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders;
Liaise with ICT and other key stakeholders to determine and deliver solutions for process or system improvements identified;
Successfully deliver projects and initiatives;
Work as part of the Modelling team to determine model inputs and key assumptions including accounting and tax treatment of transactions;
Liaising with Stakeholders;
Ensure compliance to internal governance procedures, assess business impacts with subject matter experts and support best-practice;
Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals;
Promote on-system work practices and system best practice by actively working with key stakeholders.

Working knowledge of reporting & operational processes;
Strong knowledge of key business drivers, performance metrics, multi-dimensional & balanced scorecard concepts;
Exposure to/or an understanding of Superannuation;
Strong FP&A experience preferably in Banking;
Working knowledge of accounting practices within the finance industry;
CPA/CA qualified;
Analytical mindset with an eye for detail;
Experience with TM1, Tableau, Oracle and Cognos is highly regarded;
Strong Financial Modelling.
