- Development of well-defined business requirements, functional/technical requirements and business cases for approval;
- Support the BA Centre of Excellence;
- Ensure projects meet the needs of the customer and business and is aligned to the overall corporate strategy;
- Business/System Analysis and Requirements Management throughout the lifecycle of the project;
- Collaboration with stakeholders and project teams to understand and articulate business problems.
Requirements:
- Wireframing and prototyping solutions;
- Conducting presentations and workshops involving business and technical stakeholders;
- Bachelor diploma in the relevant area;
- Structured project management experience. This includes scope definition and decomposition, estimation and project planning;
- Business, functional and nonfunctional requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation;
- Product demonstration and training;
- Preparing concise business and technical documentation (examples will be requested during the interview process);
- Experience in a Business Systems Analyst role working with Magento or another eCommerce / ERP platform.
