Our company is looking for a IT Support Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- On and offsite computer/server maintenance (Windows environment);
- Assist Senior Engineers with project tasks;
- Building and maintaining client documentation;
- Building and configuring of new hardware;
- Onsite visits to assess technical requests or implement new setups;
- Provide IT support via phone and email technical requests;
- Provide IT support remontely and face to face;
- Providing excellent customer service to the end users and internal as well as external business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Basic Networking skills;
- Amazing customer service and communication skills;
- Active Directory;
- Windows 7/10;
- Apple Experience (Desirable, not essential);
- Office 365 Applications in a MS environment.
