Our company is looking for a IT Support Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • On and offsite computer/server maintenance (Windows environment);
  • Assist Senior Engineers with project tasks;
  • Building and maintaining client documentation;
  • Building and configuring of new hardware;
  • Onsite visits to assess technical requests or implement new setups;
  • Provide IT support via phone and email technical requests;
  • Provide IT support remontely and face to face;
  • Providing excellent customer service to the end users and internal as well as external business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Basic Networking skills;
  • Amazing customer service and communication skills;
  • Active Directory;
  • Windows 7/10;
  • Apple Experience (Desirable, not essential);
  • Office 365 Applications in a MS environment.
