Responsibilities:
- Investigate and determine the optimal ways of working, review of best practices and benchmarking against external reference points;
- Provide general decision support analysis as and when required by the management team;
- To take part in project analysis, develop business requirements and solutions in line with Woolworths business models;
- Ensure that analysis is accurate, well documented and clearly presented;
- Understand the way the business works today and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Idea generation, analysis and development of quality solutions and recommendations;
- Identify and communicate project dependencies;
- Contribute to the development and achievement of the overall eCommerce strategy;
- Analysis and development of commercial and operational solutions as requested by business teams;
- The ability to challenge the status quo and existing assumptions in order to promote innovative thinking and new solutions;
- Producing and maintaining training materials;
- Providing support to and / or managing projects for the team;
- Assisting the People Technology & Analytics Manager with the administration and updates to our broader Human Resources technology suite;
- Providing day-to-day support and updating our Learning Management System (LMS), Saba Cloud;
- Researching and reviewing new technology in the market that will improve our overall learning offering to the firm.
