Our company is looking for a Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and determine the optimal ways of working, review of best practices and benchmarking against external reference points;
  • Provide general decision support analysis as and when required by the management team;
  • To take part in project analysis, develop business requirements and solutions in line with Woolworths business models;
  • Ensure that analysis is accurate, well documented and clearly presented;
  • Understand the way the business works today and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Idea generation, analysis and development of quality solutions and recommendations;
  • Identify and communicate project dependencies;
  • Contribute to the development and achievement of the overall eCommerce strategy;
  • Analysis and development of commercial and operational solutions as requested by business teams;
  • The ability to challenge the status quo and existing assumptions in order to promote innovative thinking and new solutions;
  • Producing and maintaining training materials;
  • Providing support to and / or managing projects for the team;
  • Assisting the People Technology & Analytics Manager with the administration and updates to our broader Human Resources technology suite;
  • Providing day-to-day support and updating our Learning Management System (LMS), Saba Cloud;
  • Researching and reviewing new technology in the market that will improve our overall learning offering to the firm.
