Our company is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.


  • Lead the definition of requirements and design of new/re-engineered business processes through effective engagement of stakeholders;
  • Reviewing, analysing and evaluating business systems/practices and user needs;
  • Create code(s) in Power BI/Alteryx/Big data technologies and documenting test cases;
  • Taking ownership of specified testing and training requirements;
  • Ensuring business reporting needs are met and analysing data metrics;
  • Business requirements gathering;
  • Stakeholder engagement with internal and external executives;
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues;
  • A strong understanding of the health sector and working with a diverse team would be an advantage;
  • Undertake GAP analysis to understand current and future state business requirements;
  • Capture data and functional documentation from business stakeholders;
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions;
  • Identify and present process and operational improvements to Finance;
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.


  • Occasional Interstate / international travel might be required at a short notice;
  • Ability to assist/provide client training of system features;
  • Ability to plan, monitor, and report;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Technical Consultant;
  • Excellent use of modelling, documentation and record keeping tools;
  • Having an experience of Business communication management;
  • General office skills are required. Familiarity with project management and/or other tracking tools is required;
  • Have helped deliver on successful change projects;
  • Experience in developing detailed requirements specifications;
  • A strong understanding of the health sector and working with a diverse team would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge and experience operating in an Agile and Waterfall project management environment;
  • Extensive experience in the analysis, reporting and improvement of management systems;
  • Highly developed analytical skills with a passion for solving complex business problems;
  • Strong business modelling/process mapping proficiency;
