Our company is looking for a senior business analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering;
  • Sprint planning with delivery teams;
  • Ability to make decisions that are based on professional judgement, evaluating risks and in the context of a complex and changing environment;
  • Helping the business work through a transitions services agreement;
  • Support the ongoing development of teams and individuals;
  • Be a true Senior BA, capable of engaging directly with senior stakeholders;
  • Sprint ceremonies and continuous improvement;
  • Significant experience working as a Business Analyst in an agile framework, including developing detailed user stories and requirements;
  • Must be able to understand current state, gather business requirements and prioritise tasks;
  • Stakeholder Management at a senior level;
  • Month end journals;
  • Client requires minimum baseline security clearance;
  • ASAP start for 12 month contract with option for permanency;
  • Work as part of a blended internal and vendor multi-disciplinary team, supporting development, testing and training activities where required;
  • Navigate SAP system.

Requirements:

  • ASAP start for 12 month contract with option for permanency;
  • Work closely with the project team & business stakeholders to understand the source of any issues and defining the impacted customer base;
  • Partner closely with the Analytics team to draw insights from the data and determine appropriate courses of action for remediation;
  • Work across the wider programme to identify areas for methodology improvement and process automation;
  • Perth based role with some travel required to site (~up to 2 days/fortnight) and Melbourne head office;
  • Understanding scope and requirements of project through running workshops and mapping current and future process;
  • Identify product requirements based on business and user requirements;
  • Excellent people management skills, including the ability to manage different stakeholders;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Have outstanding written and oral communication skills;
  • Define, document and manage Scrum sprint backlog (Epics, Stories, etc.);
  • Experience defining requirements for Learning Management Systems;
  • Analyse and map business processes, and design ways to improve them;
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Be adaptable and willing to embrace change with a collaborative work style.
