Our company is looking for a Property Lawyer – Corporate law firm – CBD to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on land tax, stamp duty, GST and other surcharges in relation to property acquisitions, dispositions and holdings nationally;
- Other general conveyancing advice;
- Advise developer clients on preparation, amendment and registration of plans of subdivisions, including the creation of easements;
- Advising owners corporations in relation to disputes with members, and compliance with Owners Corporation Act.
