Project Support Officer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Project Support Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute actively towards continuous improvement in the workplace;
- Prepare and submit high quality briefings and correspondence to the minister and senior leadership;
- Coordinate and undertake research and analysis relating to the project;
- Stakeholder liaison and communication both internally and externally;
- Set project objectives for elements of the project and ensure that they are delivered on time and to budget;
- Developing and collating documents, reports, presentations, and other support documentation;
- Undertake logistics in relation to promoting and organising peer events;
- Undertake accurate and timely project documentation including recognising, capturing and recording project processes and achievements;
- Provide administrative support to peer facilitators including record management and documentation;
- Support peer facilitators in the preparation and the delivery of peer cafes, training sessions, and community events;
- Work collaboratively with staff and peer facilitators to deliver project outcomes;
- Managing the processing of invoices;
- Preparing high quality, timely and accurate financial reports;
- General administrative duties as required;
- Providing support to the team with performing daily administration duties in an efficient and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Government experience is highly desirable;
