Our company is looking for a Team Support Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attending and overseeing running of ceremonies;
- Supporting Department Managers and the wider team;
- Managing email inbox;
- General administration;
- Assisting students with queries both face to face and over the phone;
- Communicating throughout the University in regards to graduation ceremonies;
- Assisting with the preparation and organisation of ceremonies.
Requirements:
- Experience within the Education industry highly regarded;
- Previous experience working in an educational environment and a good understanding of support procedures and processes;
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills;
- Team player with a positive and flexible attitude who can also work independently with the ability to plan and manage their workload;
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy under pressure;
- Competency in Microsoft suite and ability to learn new systems and applications quickly;
- Ability to multi task and experience of working to tight deadlines.
