Our company is looking for a Team Support Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending and overseeing running of ceremonies;
  • Supporting Department Managers and the wider team;
  • Managing email inbox;
  • General administration;
  • Assisting students with queries both face to face and over the phone;
  • Communicating throughout the University in regards to graduation ceremonies;
  • Assisting with the preparation and organisation of ceremonies.

Requirements:

  • Experience within the Education industry highly regarded;
  • Previous experience working in an educational environment and a good understanding of support procedures and processes;
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills;
  • Team player with a positive and flexible attitude who can also work independently with the ability to plan and manage their workload;
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy under pressure;
  • Competency in Microsoft suite and ability to learn new systems and applications quickly;
  • Ability to multi task and experience of working to tight deadlines.
