Our company is looking for a Digital Account Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, lead discussions with strategic partners and challenge briefs;
  • Oversee the delivery of large-scale digital projects including website, mobile apps, tactical campaigns and social media activations;
  • Developing strong relationships with Executive/C-level client stakeholders while maintaining a presence with day-to-day client teams;
  • Manage financials including client profitability, forecasting and growth;
  • Ultimately, be the voice of the client within the agency amongst the other disciplines of the business;
  • Using data and behavioural insights to help formulate strategic solutions for your clients;
  • Work closely with the internal Strategy, Project Management, Creative & Technical teams to develop exceptional results-oriented work;
  • Lead the delivery and scope projects with multi-channel and location requirements;
  • Coach and mentor an account executive with the view to build-out a larger team of direct-reports to you;
  • Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management;
  • Ensuring a fanatical focus on account retention & growth;
  • Motivate and nurture a high-performing account service, production and creative team to deliver proposals and projects;
  • Selling advanced strategic concepts to your clients, driving new initiatives and promoting the Agency’s values.

Requirements:

  • Very strong knowledge of SEM and Google Analytics (GA);
  • Being highly self-confident, energetic and enthusiastic;
  • Proven experience in achieving monthly targets and KPIs;
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
  • Strong influential, presentation and sales skills;
  • Full digital verticals knowledge, (SEO, Paid, Display, Analytics, Programmatic).
