Our company is looking for a Digital Producer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support digital campaigns making recommendations to improve marketing, consistency and exposure;
  • Co- ordination of production of digital media including websites, content forms, eDM’s and other marketing initiatives;
  • Technical scoping of projects and co-ordinating technical builds;
  • Analyse and report on project results and data;
  • Monitor on-going analytics and channel performance as required and produce monthly performance reports for management;
  • Assist in the stages of new campaign development from idea to execution;
  • Assist the digital and marketing team in identifying opportunities for growth and development of digital and marketing initiatives;
  • Production of digital media including website content, eDMs, social media content, digital advertising and other content production;
  • Co-ordinate content requirements for website, social media and eDM’s;
  • Develop and manage relationships with relevant agencies and service providers;
  • Supervise suppliers commissioned for technical build and deployment, mainly web, email, e-commerce, and social channels;
  • Keep abreast of digital trends and implement new ideas;
  • Operate Digital Advertising on Facebook and Google;
  • Provide high level reporting and analysis and customer insights;
  • Analyse and report on project results and ROI.

Requirements:

  • CMS skills in WordPress;
  • A methodical and structured approach in managing tasks;
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
  • Service desk management – bug tracking, change requests and product lifecycle management;
  • Managing projects & tasks in an Agile environment and working with Scrum or Kanban boards;
  • Product testing and refinement;
  • Experience in working on fundraising campaigns highly desirable;
  • References requested;
  • Create insights, wireframes, UX/UI and functional specifications;
  • Proven project management expertise;
  • Resource planning, estimation, timelines and briefs;
  • eDM analytics and reporting skills;
  • Initiation, launch and ongoing optimisation of new features;
  • Coordinate designers and external providers to deliver industry-leading products;
  • A demonstrated technical understanding of digital product & software development.
