Deployment Project Manager (Bi-lingual Japanese/English) Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Deployment Project Manager (Bi-lingual Japanese/English) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Upon completion of deployment, work with Technical Account Manager to ensure proper handoff;
- Coordinate with clients and Professional Services for schedule for deployment kick off, and host kick off meeting;
- Work with Professional Services to continuously improve Exabeam deployment process;
- Deliver deployment projects of various scale concurrently;
- Prepare clients to complete technical pre-requisites before deployment starts;
- Enforce change control process to avoid scope creep;
- Track tasks daily and provide weekly report to clients and partners;
- Proper project closing with clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in cyber security highly desired;
- BA/BS degree required;
- Stellar project management soft skills – able to identify stakeholders, set expectations, and communicate clearly at multiple levels;
- Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects;
- Must be able to independently conduct all customer meetings;
- Bilingual in Japanese and English;
- PMP desired;
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, with min. 3 years in SW or HW deployment or security engineering;
- Knowledge in Networking highly desired;
- Willing to travel.
