Our company is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and invoices;
  • Cross-selling additional products and services as required;
  • Providing customer support via the phone and face to face at the dealership;
  • Qualifying customer problems and logging them for technicians to review;
  • Ensuring customer approval for all remedial work to be carried out;
  • Handling ad-hoc administrative duties;
  • Promoting our range of vehicle parts and accessories Accurately tracking hours available and hours sold in appointment diary;
  • Achieve excellent standards of customer service to continually improve customer loyalty & retention;
  • High level customer interactions with customers both via phone, email and face-to-face;
  • Assist with the achievement of all workshop monthly targets;
  • Handling customer complaints in line with company policies and procedures;
  • Greeting clients when they drop off vehicles and organising alternative transport where applicable;
  • Responding to enquires and scheduling service bookings to maximise workshop productivity;
  • Liaising with the Parts Officer to provide written estimates for labour and parts;
  • Greeting customers, confirming details and providing completion time estimates.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment is desirable;
  • Mandarin speaking ability is desired;
  • Efficient and effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Superior time management skills and a commitment to meeting objectives;
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment, remaining upbeat and positive;
  • Great interpersonal skills – The ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Passion for what you do and a desire to succeed;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities at the one time;
  • The ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously;
  • Strong sales skills;
  • Demonstrated experience of providing exceptional customer service, in a premium environment;
  • Ability to work in a busy environment with a fast turnaround alongside the ability to prioritise value generating tasks Effective time management;
  • Strong working knowledge of the of the automotive industry is also advantageous;
  • Result focus ability to deliver results & meet continuous sales targets.
