Team Leader/ Supervisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Team Leader/ Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage minor grievances and people issues;
- Report any incidents or issues to the Site Manager;
- Provide operational support to the Site Manager; and;
- Supervise the day to day operations of our day shift;
- Operate relevant plant and equipment when required;
- Train and mentor plant operators in safe work procedures.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role is Preferred;
- Demonstrated experience supervising others;
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
