- Updating and Maintaining Classified Plant register;
- A Weekly Schedule that is laid out by day and all interactions are accounted for and Scheduled Loading is optimised;
- Identifying opportunities for standardisation across sites;
- Sequencing work allowing for optimisation of schedules;
- Identifying errors in Master Data;
- Making sure work orders are planned, materials and tools are available at the execution date.
Requirements:
- Good computer skills and experience with maintenance planning systems;

- Trades background (desirable);
- Oracle or SAP experience;

- Possess relevant Mechanical or Electrical trade qualifications;
- Strong communication and relationship management skills;
- Experience in detailed scoping and maintenance planning for multi-disciplined workgroups operating in a Fixed Plant and / or Marine environment;
- Good communication and organisational skills;
- Demonstrated competence with SAP, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel;
- Self-reliant contributor with significant experience in the Maintenance / Work Management Planning area;
- Relevant trades certificate with 3-5 years experience as an Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Planner in a Fixed Plant environment;
- Current drivers licence.
