- Promotd and evolve the Reece Pattern Library, ultimately making it part of the day-to-day workflow;
- Will have spent time in store observing the Reece application in use.
Requirements:
- A strong end to end skillset in User Experience design;
- A portfolio to showcase design thinking and approach to problems;
- A positive and pro-active personality – the working environment is open, honest and social – culture is key for this client;
- The ability to articulate design decisions and communicate to senior stakeholders in a confident way.
