Delivery driver/warehouse person Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Delivery driver/warehouse person to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that deadlines for deliveries to clients are met and stock is efficiently handled and sorted;
- Display a strong attention to detail and positive attitude;
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderly operations of the warehouse;
- Dispatching orders to customers in accordance to the specific site requirements and following up with proof of deliveries;
- Hand unloading of tiles into private residential client homes;
- Other tasks as directed.
Requirements:
- Must have a current truck licence minimum HR;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Must have a current forklift licence;
- Self motivated with ability to work in a team environment as well as independently in a fast paced environment;
- Physically fit to be able to carry out the required duties of the role.
