Responsibilities:
- Facilitation: facilitate virtual and in-person Council events, leveraging Forrester’s research to create engagement between clients;
- Establish and leverage networks on behalf of EPA with relevant DELWP Executives and stakeholders;
- Contribute advanced expertise and actively manage issues of a sensitive nature and support active case management;
- Research and write information resources for a diverse range of audiences about the PID Act and Standards;
- Undertake review and research activities to support the PID oversight function;
- Drive Peer Engagement: accelerate interaction between peer Council members to uncover peer insights and shared learning;
- Council Development: work with other members of the Council team, product, sales and customer success partners to retain and grow Council members.
Requirements:
