Our company is looking for a Attention Admin Experts to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare hardware and software quotations for clients and customers;
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary;
- Coordinating website clients for feedback and information regarding website projects;
- Provide impeccable customer service to all business and home office clients;
- Quoting hardware and software needs for clients;
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.);
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to business policies;
- Keep stock of office supplies and repair parts. Placing orders when necessary;
- Managing accounts receivable (invoicing, overdue accounts);
- Liaise with clients and schedule support work;
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Requirements:
- Formal business administration qualifications will be an advantage;
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Preferred experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role;
- This is a full time position, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday but will consider flexible hours for the right candidate;
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles;
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office;
- High school diploma; experience in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
