Our company is looking for a Attention Admin Experts to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare hardware and software quotations for clients and customers;
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary;
  • Coordinating website clients for feedback and information regarding website projects;
  • Provide impeccable customer service to all business and home office clients;
  • Quoting hardware and software needs for clients;
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.);
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to business policies;
  • Keep stock of office supplies and repair parts. Placing orders when necessary;
  • Managing accounts receivable (invoicing, overdue accounts);
  • Liaise with clients and schedule support work;
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

Requirements:

  • Formal business administration qualifications will be an advantage;
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Preferred experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role;
  • This is a full time position, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday but will consider flexible hours for the right candidate;
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles;
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office;
  • High school diploma; experience in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
