Our company is looking for a Retail Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Pharmacist Manager and Operations Manager;
- Working closely with BDM to coordinate stock distribution at floor level;
- Executing company policies and procedures;
- Resolving staff and customer complaints at store level;
- Leading by example and driving customer service;
- Managing merchandising and store presentation;
- Training staff and implementing performance plans;
- Rostering and coordinating monthly staff meetings;
- Executing store budgets and KPI’s at an individual level;
- Managing a team of 7 staff in-store;
- Driving store planograms, promotions and sales.
Requirements:
- ability to lead and motivate the team to meet our high service standards;
- proven ability to achieve sales, wages & stock loss targets;
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service;
- a daily focus on ‘drive the sales, lift the KPIs and customer centricity;
