  • Overall management of branch activities, sales and P&L;

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients to ensure the branch delivers services that maintain client satisfaction,
  • Manage costs including branch overheads and daily cost management of work packages,
  • Training team members and ensuring company policies and procedures are being adhered to;
  • Customer Service both online and over the phone;
  • Developing and mentoring people;
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers;
  • Manual handling in a fast-paced environment;
  • Sales & marketing, including working with our bid team to estimate, prepare and present quotations to clients,
  • Staff management and scheduling;
  • Completing and maintaining accurate paperwork;
  • Ensure staff understand and comply with WH&S and cleanliness of warehouses;
  • The development and delivery of project execution plans,
  • Managing the deployment and productivity of workshop and site personnel,


  • Excellent computer skills;
  • At least 15 years industry experience;
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal relationship skills,
  • High level of safety culture and demonstrate an understanding of risk assessment, Critical Risk Management;
  • Have worked on smelter or alumina sites;
  • A high level of sales and marketing skills and be prepared to grow the business to deliver above expectations,
