Our company is looking for a Business Administration Trainee to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic accounts administration;
  • Daily use of MYOB and the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Maintain business records on the computer;
  • Customer Service – Counter Sales;
  • Answering and directing phone calls;
  • Warehouse stock control and delivery assistance;
  • Reception duties, meet and greet clients;
  • Undertake other administrative duties as trained and directed;
  • Organising and receiving of deliveries;
  • Ensuring the reception is kept tidy at all times;
  • Scanning / archiving / filing.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated;
  • Hard working and ability to multi-task;
  • Positive and optimistic attitude;
  • Experience using MYOB (desirable but not must).
