Our company is looking for a Business Administration Trainee to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Basic accounts administration;
- Daily use of MYOB and the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Maintain business records on the computer;
- Customer Service – Counter Sales;
- Answering and directing phone calls;
- Warehouse stock control and delivery assistance;
- Reception duties, meet and greet clients;
- Undertake other administrative duties as trained and directed;
- Organising and receiving of deliveries;
- Ensuring the reception is kept tidy at all times;
- Scanning / archiving / filing.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated;
- Hard working and ability to multi-task;
- Positive and optimistic attitude;
- Experience using MYOB (desirable but not must).
