In-Park Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a In-Park Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the accesso operation and reporting back to Line Manager;
- Responsible for suggesting methods to improve operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers;
- Maintain and build outstanding lines of communication with clients as well as internal teams including support, development and quality assurance;
- Engaging in the registration process of the virtual queuing solution;
- Providing guest service support at the queuing sales offices and at the rides;
- Training and supervising of sales & park staff;
- Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures;
- Technical support for minor software or hardware issues and escalating if required;
- Driving queuing solutions in-park provisioning/sales and promotional activities;
- Support with configuration, UAT and implementation of queuing system.
Requirements:
- Adept at solving complicated technical problems, excellent communicator (both verbally and written), organised and thorough;
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who will do whatever it takes to meet a clients‘ needs;
- You must have the flexibility to work extended hours and work on weekends and holidays;
- Must be willing and able to travel;
- Strong team player, able to work well under pressure and willing to learn new technologies;
- The role is primarily customer-facing with an essential focus on meeting sales targets and closely monitoring success criteria;
