Our company is looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide marketing vision and thought leadership for the company globally;
  • Share learnings, best practice and campaign results to constantly raise the bar across the organisation to deliver best-in-class marketing;
  • Lead and grow a well-integrated marketing team;
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy, in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams;
  • Engage and support our channel partners with onboarding, training, support etc;
  • Leverage data and analytics to make more informed decisions, report on success and learnings, and refine best practices for the company;
  • With our sales team, contribute to analysis of market dynamics and trends, customers, partners and competitors;
  • Project manage the growth strategy;
  • Develop and execute our E-Commerce strategy to optimise the performance of our websites;
  • ID key trade events globally and manage trade show execution;
  • Promoting the value and story of the product and service both internally and externally;
  • Measuring, reporting and optimizing the customer journey as it relates to product and service feature adoption and usage;
  • Provide leadership, development and motivation to the team and agencies;
  • Supporting the continual improvement of all marketing touch points so that our customers receive a compelling experience and become fans of our brand;
  • Identify key trade events globally and manage trade show execution.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in creating and producing diverse and relevant marketing collateral;
  • Capability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a cross-functional team environment;
  • Self-starter detail and task oriented, highly organized, with a customer-oriented attitude;
  • Experience in growing a technology startup into a global market leader;
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing and leading marketing strategy;
  • An interest in industrial innovation and technologies, with demonstrated experience in taking new and technologically advanced products to the market;
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain marketing automation programs, including nurture emails, lead scoring, and lead attribution;
  • Demonstrated customer relationship management experience;
  • Experience with driving marketing collaboration outcomes with channel partners;
  • Able to occasionally travel domestically and internationally for trade shows and help impact channel partnership engagement and programs;
  • Superb analytical skills; demonstrated success using data to make decisions that deliver results. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must;
