HSEQ Manager Job Description Template

Our company is looking for a HSEQ Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Completion of internal audits and the facilitation of 3rd party audits;
  • Take a leading role in developing our training and skill development program including apprentices;
  • Implementation and maintenance of the HSEQ Integrated Management System;
  • Coordinate the rehabilitation of injured workers and the return to work requirements;
  • Record, monitor and report on HSEQ performance;
  • Develop and lead HSEQ improvement projects that align to the HSEQ strategy;
  • Provide support and advice on all HSEQ matters;
  • Coach to achieve best practice and promote a positive culture;
  • Lead high risk incident investigations and compile incident reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in OHS or relevant field;
  • Demonstrated experience working with ISO accredited systems;
  • Lead Investigator, ICAM or TapRoot (desirable);
  • Lead Auditor Qualification;
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment (desirable);
  • Building and construction experience (desirable);
  • The ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships;
  • Experience with Injury Management and Workers Compensation.
