HSEQ Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a HSEQ Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Completion of internal audits and the facilitation of 3rd party audits;
- Take a leading role in developing our training and skill development program including apprentices;
- Implementation and maintenance of the HSEQ Integrated Management System;
- Coordinate the rehabilitation of injured workers and the return to work requirements;
- Record, monitor and report on HSEQ performance;
- Develop and lead HSEQ improvement projects that align to the HSEQ strategy;
- Provide support and advice on all HSEQ matters;
- Coach to achieve best practice and promote a positive culture;
- Lead high risk incident investigations and compile incident reports.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in OHS or relevant field;
- Demonstrated experience working with ISO accredited systems;
- Lead Investigator, ICAM or TapRoot (desirable);
- Lead Auditor Qualification;
- Cert IV Training and Assessment (desirable);
- Building and construction experience (desirable);
- The ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships;
- Experience with Injury Management and Workers Compensation.
