Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Business Consultants team with administration and process;
  • Create an amazing first impression for all new leads looking at Kounta;
  • Own the lead stage of the customer journey as we ensure Kounta is the right fit for their business;
  • Collect additional, relevant information to enrich new leads and build a complete picture of their business;
  • Develop sequences of tasks, emails, and calls to achieve contact with the customer;
  • Connect Qualified Leads and Opportunities with Business Consultants;
  • Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and chats from Customers interested in Kounta.

Requirements:

  • Collaboration on a day to day basis with our sales and marketing teams to drive process improvements;
  • High energy;
  • Motivated and driven to succeed;
  • Experience with outbound sales;
  • 2-3 years’ experience as an SDR with proven measurable results;
  • High-level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
