Our company is looking for a sdr – sales development representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Business Consultants team with administration and process;
- Create an amazing first impression for all new leads looking at Kounta;
- Own the lead stage of the customer journey as we ensure Kounta is the right fit for their business;
- Collect additional, relevant information to enrich new leads and build a complete picture of their business;
- Develop sequences of tasks, emails, and calls to achieve contact with the customer;
- Connect Qualified Leads and Opportunities with Business Consultants;
- Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and chats from Customers interested in Kounta.
Requirements:
- Collaboration on a day to day basis with our sales and marketing teams to drive process improvements;
- High energy;
- Motivated and driven to succeed;
- Experience with outbound sales;
- 2-3 years’ experience as an SDR with proven measurable results;
- High-level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
