Responsibilities:
- Business developments;
- You will be based in head office and required to travel to facilities as required;
- Budgets and profits;
- Financial and clinical KPI’s;
- Liaise closely with the managers at each of the aged care facilities and the external stakeholders;
- Managing and leading the aged care facilities;
- Working part of a top management team;
- The budgeting and finances of the facilities;
- Leading and mentoring experienced Facility Managers;
- Managing the operations of the facilities.
Requirements:
- Previous multi-site management in Aged Care industry in Australia;
- Problem solver and always thinking of new ways to improve;
- Strong business acumen and financial / operations experience;
- Strong operational, financial / budgeting and leadership skills.
