    An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a professional and well-established professional services firm based in Melbourne’s CBD. 

    This role is ideal for a proactive administrator who has at least 3 years’ experience within a corporate environment and is confident providing day-to-day administrative support in a fast-paced, professional environment where organisation and attention to detail are key.

    The Role:

    Working closely with senior team members and broader stakeholders, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to ensure the team operates efficiently.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Providing general administrative support across a busy corporate team
    • Assisting with diary management, meeting coordination and scheduling
    • Supporting inbox management and responding to or redirecting enquiries
    • Coordinating internal and external meetings
    • Preparing documents, reports, presentations and correspondence
    • Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems
    • Assisting with expenses, invoices and general office administration
    • Providing ad hoc support to senior leaders and the wider team

    About You: 

    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant, Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar corporate support role
    • Previous experience working within a professional corporate environment
    • Exposure to diary management and/or inbox management
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
    • Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders and external clients
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
