To be successful you must have the following:

• Construction industry experience
• Degree qualifications in construction management or currently studying
• A strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine interest in developing a career in Contracts Administration
• A strong attention to detail and commercial mindset
• Experience with Jonas Premier is advantageous

You will be joining a business with three major projects currently underway in Birtinya, each valued at approximately $30M, giving your exposure to significant multi-residential construction projects from day one.

Working closely with the Project Manager and senior commercial team, you will gain hands-on experience across procurement, subcontractor management, variations, progress claims, contract administration and project cost control.
