Detailed Job Description

Technical skills: ServiceNow CSM Integrations Consultant 

 

Design, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and CSM modules

Customize forms, fields, UI policies, business rules, and client/server scripts

Develop and support Flow Designer workflows, subflows, and actions to automate business processes

Implements and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management

Configure and customize Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities such as cases, service portals, and omnichannel experiences

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Develop and maintain JavaScript-based scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes)

Minimum Years of Experience : 8

Certifications Needed: CSA
