Your new role

We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Platform Engineer to manage and support core infrastructure and enterprise services, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and AI integration. This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence and strategic transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the adoption of the AI for All initiative, deploying ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot across M365 workloads.
Design, document, implement, and automate Microsoft 365 services to enhance performance and scalability.
Manage day-to-day operations of AI components and M365 services, including incident response and change implementation.
Contribute to project-based initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
Ensure system documentation, capacity planning, and architecture meet strategic and operational requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and industry to align infrastructure with business needs.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience and certifications.
Proven experience managing, configuring, and deploying ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 services, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Power Platform.
Strong automation and scripting skills using PowerShell, GitHub for Copilot, and CI/CD Pipelines.
