What You Will Do in Your First Year:

Successfully complete a 12-week training program covering Hybrid, Onsite, and Virtual solutions.
Participate in a Mentoring program with an experienced Project Manager in the APAC region.
Shadow an in person event with another member of the APAC team, gaining hands-on experience.
Manage standard printing projects for Onsite events and Virtual
Have a member of the APAC team shadow you at one your events, demonstrating your expertise.
Engage with the wider team, embracing the company culture.

What You Can Do For Them:

Serve as a customer point of contact, managing planning and Day Of aspects for events.
Consult with customers on leveraging Virtual and Onsite Solutions functionality.
Liaise between vendors and customers for event materials.
Troubleshoot issues to ensure customer success at events.
Manage concurrent projects, improving internal processes.
Identify product improvements aligned with client needs.
Configure event technology throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the Day Of implementation team.
Collaborate with Finance on project costs.

Ideals, But Not Deal Breakers:

3+ years experience in Event Management.
Audio Visual and Production experience .
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Team management abilities and basic networking knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Jira/Confluence, and Salesforce.com or similar software.
Proven track record in event planning, project management, or customer success.
