Key responsibilities will include the following but are not limited to:

Evaluate customer requirements, raise and review both quotes and contracts
Convert customer orders to POS
Insure appropriate supporting documentation meets customer requirements
Liaise with customers
Manage customer projects / contracts
To follow up and analyse quotes, providing an analytical concise analysis
Work closely with the operations and finances teams
Maintain and update information in the Pipedrive CRM program

To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with hose products
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
Strong time management and organizational skills
Process-orientated, self-motivated, and a strong team player
Ability to work effectively under pressure

Desirable attributes:

Experience in the Hose and/or Pipe Industry
Exposure to NATA, ISO, AS, EN, and API standards.
Used Syteline or similar ERP system
Phone/email order processing
