The role (aka what you’ll actually be doing)

No two days are the same - but you’ll be right in the middle of it all:

Be the ultimate organiser, coordinating interviews, managing the talent inbox, and keeping recruitment campaigns running smoothly
Keep candidates in the loop with clear, friendly comms (ghosting is not our vibe)
Help bring big hiring moments to life from bulk recruitment drives to careers expos
Keep our systems (hello, PageUp) clean, accurate and humming
Get hands-on with improving how we do things - testing systems, refining processes, and making things better
Support onboarding so new starters feel like they’ve joined something pretty special

You’ll thrive here if you:
