The opportunity

Join our Litigation team in HWLE'S Perth office. We have a down-to-earth team culture and our administrative support is the cornerstone of our success. If you take pride in having great organisational skills, attention to detail and want to join a firm committed to your success and development, then this opportunity is made for you. Day to day you'll find yourself busy with:

assisting Partners and other legal staff;
opening and closing files
using various court filing systems
preparing correspondence, contracts and other documents
monthly billing in our Aderant software; and
diary management, liaising with clients and other general administration.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have:

Experience with providing admin support to Partners/Executives;
Financial software experience and using electronic filing systems (such as iManage and Aderant) is advantageous
Excellent attention to detail
Availability to work full-time hours
Experience in all jurisdictions e-courts
