On behalf of one our well-established builders specialising in building innovative products in the home building sector, we're searching for a highly motivated and experienced Production Estimator to join their growing team.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Production Estimator to play a key role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate and cost-effective estimates for their diverse projects, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and site managers to ensure project success.

Key Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year' experience in a production estimating role within the home building industry
Proven track record of preparing and managing detailed cost estimates.
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and time lines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Databuild (or a similar program).
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
