Role Overview:
As the lead member of our administration team, you'll ensure efficient processes and decisions are followed, supporting high-quality care delivery. Your role is crucial in fostering independence, health and well-being for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supports team members to provide our clients with the information they require to make informed decisions about their care and services.
Reviews and monitors client income and expense transactions to ensure HCP client statements are accurate.
Completes end of month and other data checks and makes any required corrections prior to billing
Checks client’s budgets prior to publishing.
Supervises all accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Manages and monitors external contracts and brokerage arrangements ensuring compliance with legislative and policy requirements
Foster a supportive team culture, encouraging open communication and positive leadership.
Leads, manages and supports the Administration team to deliver effective and efficient administrative systems and services.
Manage administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
Maintain data integrity and documentation standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Skills, Attributes, Experience, and Qualifications:

Essential:

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience & knowledge.
Three years’ minimum experience within an aged care or similar environment
Proven experience in office administration and staff supervision.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in scheduling services across large teams.
Excellent numeracy skills with demonstrated ability to complete banking and reconciliations
