Our company is looking for a Tax Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Regular review of the tax systems and controls;
- Provide key tax advice to teams regarding transactions and structures;
- Assist with ad hoctaks;
- Liaise with ATO and external Audit;
- Assist in developing new tax policies and procedures for the business;
- Ensure that the business is tax compliant and promote tax processes and initiatives.
Requirements:
- ASIA, NZ and PNG tax experience highly regarded,
- Strong work commitment to meet tight deadlines,
- Strong communication and people management skills;
- CA or Masters of Tax with Big 4 background and commercial experience of minimum of 4 years preferable;
- Up to date technical and research skills,
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Excellent organisation skills to deal with conflicting demands,
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively and independently with Projects and Business Units,
