Our company is looking for a New Home Sales Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspiring perspective clients to build with Sarah Homes;
  • Presenting and signing sales contracts;
  • Providing exceptional customer service built on mutually beneficial relationships;
  • Servicing leads generated from our display home locations and office in Coffs Harbour;
  • Assist in maintaining the display centre and sales offices to the highest level;
  • Fostering positive relationships with developers and agents in the area;
  • Managing display home foot traffic with meet and greet;
  • Customising house plans to suit client needs;
  • Managing inquiry and nurturing inquiry to sales conversion;
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers, and local community providers;
  • Providing preliminary quotes and contracts to prospective buyers;
  • Generate and follow up leads, drive sales and traffic through the display centre;
  • Utilising company sales CRM for follow up and sales process;
  • Identifying a customer’s needs and determine products to suit their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • High attention to detail with a professional demeanour;
  • Passion for sales and exceeding customer expectations;
  • Relationship driven with a customer-centric focus;
  • Expertise in current aspects of the new home construction industry ideal but not essential;
  • Ability to read, understand, alter and articulate building plans, or be trained to;
  • Previous experience in sales retailing high-end items or housing is advantageous but not essential;
  • Current Drivers License;
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
