  • Assist with in-season management, including Midsights/Hindsights;
  • Responsible for Weekly Business Reports;
  • Responsible for timely workflow of deliverables and timelines;
  • Build relationships with Marketing, PD, Production, Design, PR, Field Development, Customer Service center & Inventory Planning.

Requirements:

  • Possess computer literacy and facility with Microsoft Office and Excel;
  • Ability to transport, maneuver and visually evaluate merchandise;
  • Analyze a problem and formulate a logical rationale for the decision;
  • Possess a working knowledge of financial measurements;
  • Maintain a cooperative team environment that promotes high performance standards and attainment of goals;
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Merchandising or equivalent;
  • Demonstrate the organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast paced, evolving environment;
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, along with the ability to prioritize projects when necessary;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience;
  • Develop a point of view about product assortment and business opportunities;
  • Possess strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including follow-up communication to supervisor and/or cross-functional partners.
