Our company is looking for a Investment Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the investment due diligence for new investments (attend meetings, prepare file notes, carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis);
- New and existing investment proposal fits to drive strategy and returns;
- Financial analysis;
- Direct involvement with key decision makers as part of the investment process;
- Analysis and assisting in development of business case submission on investment opportunities;
- Feasibility studies for potential sites;
- Preparation of due diligence report for development sites and various property assets;
- Deep dive financial modelling and analysis calculating returns and valuation of plans;
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations;
- Build financial models concluding with investment recommendations on new and existing investments.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial modelling (DCF models);
- A passion for investing;
- Interest in the Infrastructure Industry;
- Excellent presentation and report writing skills;
- Knowledge of business valuation concepts.
