Our company is looking for a Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a monthly site program;
  • Establish a positive and supportive relationship with each resident & their families, in order to produce a Lifestyle Assessment & Care Plan;
  • Develop, implement and evaluate individual Lifestyle Care Plans.

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy, including ability to produce flyers, program calendars, newsletters etc;
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2);
  • Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or other relevant tertiary qualifications.
